Bear Necessities Volume 17
As we finish up 2025, I always find these moments offer an opportunity of reflection. With our Basketball and Soccer teams having played their final games of 2025, it is a fitting time to look back on a year filled with growth, resilence, and many successes.
Throughout the year, we celebrated important milestones across our programs. I am especially proud that, for the first time ever, we fielded a Junior Varsity Flag Football team. We also added a Junior Varsity Basketball team for the first time in several years, both meaningful steps in strengthening our overall athletic foundation. This past fall our foundational levels saw great success with our Junior Varsity Tennis team and Freshman Volleyball team each earned WBAL League Championships. As I often say, the strength of our programs is built through development.
A major highlight for our entire community was the groundbreaking of our first-ever Student Life Center. This milestone will serve as a point of pride for all Bears; past, present, and future.
As we close the books on 2025, I am grateful for the dedication, support, and spirit of our athletes, coaches, and families. I look forward with great excitement to the new opportunities and continued growth that 2026 will bring.
