Bear Necessities Volume 11

I'm excited to share that earlier this year we added an essential new member to our Athletic Department team. Please join me in welcoming Addie Martin (Mrs. Addie) to our community!

Mrs. Addie comes to us with nearly three decades of experience as a certified Athletic Trainer. She began her career just down the road at Burlingame High School before moving into higher education where our paths first crossed at City College of San Francisco.

Since officially joining our campus in September, Mrs. Addie has hit the ground running and already made a tremendous impact. You'll often find her on the sidelines at our home games, ensuring our athletes are healthy, supported, and ready to compete. This past month, she's been proudly showing her support for our girls by sporting pink towels and tape in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a small example of the spirit and care she brings to everything she does.

I am incredibly grateful for the expertise, professionalism, and compassion Mrs. Addie brings to our athletic programs. Her presence offers great peace of mind to me, our coaches, and our athletes, knowing that every student-athlete is in the best possible hands whenever an injury occurs.
